It was good

I visit this Honda location every few months for maintenance services. I’ve been a customer for years. The service is alway decent. Nothing to complain about. However, I’ve never been greeted or taken care of the way my representative (Alex) did this week. From the moment I arrived, his smile and warm welcome set the tone for the entire experience. He listened to my needs and took genuine interest in meeting them. During the check out process, he took the time to walk me though the diagnostic summary and answered my questions in great detail. He ensured I had his business card for future services. I walked away with a smile. Alex really has set the bar high and I hope the department is an environment where he can continue to thrive with his positive outlook and regard for customer service.

I was traveling through Georgia and needed an oil change. The dealership in Chicago couldn’t fit me in before my trip. I arrived at Nalley Honda on New Year’s Eve about one hour and fifteen minutes before closing and they were able to complete my oil change. I am so grateful for the staff, even though it was before closing they were still very kind.
