Brought my sons Honda civic for his first oil change. Love the free water and coffee. Wait took forever! We were promised 1 hour but it’s understandable it’s the holiday season, so we end up waiting on total of 1 hour 45 minutes. Our advisor Devin Reynolds was very nice and apologetic. If it wasn’t for the sweet staff and coffee, I’ve lost my mind.
