Service to car was completed successfully, but the price was unbelievably high for such a small issue. The reason for my less than excellent grade was the “Service Advisor,” Alex Nibley, exhibited very little car background, and was less than friendly.

I've been dealing with this particular dealership for 20+ years and bought three vehicles and have had three of those four exclusively serviced at Nalley Honda . Over the years I've dealt with two excellent service writers : Karim Easley and for the last 12 years Marty Ellard . Honest and straightforward regarding any and all repairs . I highly recommend Marty Ellard !!!
