Over 5,000 miles later, my 2012 Honda CR-V is still rolling like new. Nalley Honda completed a full engine replacement on my vehicle 6 months prior to this review. Kevis, the Service Director, and the Service Team prioritized the problems, located the parts, and quickly completed the major repairs. They even went the extra mile to ensure I didn’t lack transportation while my vehicle was in their care. I appreciate that the Nalley Service Team focuses on addressing what’s needed without pressuring for anything more. The customer service is truly exceptional and the service time/wait is as communicated.
