My service tech was very professional from the moment I arrived. It seems the others hadn't had coffee yet. Didn't even speak. And i was 4 feet or less close to 3 of them. But my service was great. Wish i could get my son to come down to this location.

I was able to get the color and monthly payment that I wanted. Also, I get to keep driving my current HRV until my new one gets to the dealership. Nalley Honda also dealt directly with the leasing dept so I didn't have to. FYI, I had to say no to the picture for social media because I don't have my new vehicle yet.

Came in on have my new Honda HRV serviced on Monday November 28th. I didn't have an appointment but Nevaeh made sure I was in an out in a timely manner. She was very accommodating being I didn't have an appointment. Thank you for the great customer service Nevaeh.
