Excellent customer service!!!

My service advisor Lee, was very personable and professional. He was a welcome change from the usual customer service at dealerships. I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured to add any additional services I didn’t come in for.

Easy to make the appointment. The lady spoke clearly and not too fast. She took the time to get all the information I requested as well as information I might not have know to ask. Got a solid estimate up front. Attendant was very pleasant and provided all the information she thought I might need. Feedback about the issue came with details and the option to abort any unwanted services. I was kept up to date about the progress of the job. Car was ready when promised. Applying coupon was no issue when paying out. Charges were as expected. A Carwash would have been the icing on the cake. Otherwise super pleased!
