Sales reps were very personable but not pushy. They were generally concerned with getting me into a car I liked at a price I was comfortable with. They even helped me do price comparisons on multiple vehivles and gave me a great offer on my trade-in. I was concerned about being a woman car shopping alone, but the team did not try to take advantage of that or behave in a condescending manner as if I didn't understand what I was doing or what I wanted in a vehicle. My mother purchased from this dealership a few years ago and had a great experience and mine was the same.

My experience with Goins Lee was expedient, efficient, and most convenient. I had purposed to leave my vehicle (which required an oil and filter change) overnight as I arrived in mid afternoon. Lee sent a recommendation for an additional service discovered during basic inspection which I authorized via text. My vehicle was ready for delivery with all work completed by late afternoon. Mr. Lee provided excellent service.
