I was in & out in less time that quoted. Goins Lee always has great customer service and will not try to quote you incorrectly just to make a sale. This is the only place I will ever take my car to be serviced

Great service and explanations

My car went out on 285 while visiting from New York. It turns out my engine was done and had some maintenance issues as well. I had it towed to the nearest dealership since I was visiting. From the start Assistant Gm Fran was gracious kind and concerned. She got me a transportation to the airport since my car was not going to be fixed no time soon. Fran is the bright spot of the dealership. After 4 weeks my car was fixed due to part issues and it is running like new. The customer service communication is not up to par however. When Fran was out so was the communication. You have to have patience when dealing with this dealership because of the so/so communication. But otherwise That was my main issue after being without a car for that time period
