Would like more of a “what to expect” document that you could give regular customers so there isn’t a constant wondering what we will pay visit to visit.

I really get tired of the constant up charging routine. Having to fight to keep the price at a reasonable amount and cancelling unnecessary work done. Also, if you are going to have to verify my service agreement, how about doing that on YOUR TIME not mine! Service guy kept telling me I was next and to go to his station, but 10min later he would show up.
