I dropped off our 2019 Honda CRV for service and brake work and asked my service advisor to shoot me a text when the work was completed. Marty Ellard sent me a text at 10 am saying the work was completed. It was actually completed ahead of my anticipated time - as usual . As long as Mr Ellard is working for Nalley in the service department I'll be an avid customer.
