I just got my 2022 Honda Civic from alley Honda inUnion City and my experience was awesome! Fulltransparency, I was car shopping at the multiple cardealerships in the Union City area, but when I cameinto Nalley Honda I finally found what I was looking for. The entire staff is amazing, especially my salesperson, Steve Miller. There was a wait on new vehicles, and during the waiting period, Steve kept me updated on my car, and even followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was still great. Nalley Honda is A1!

Came in for a battery and was out in less than an hour. Advisor informed me of battery warranty. Shop gave me a courtesy. I’ve gotten my last two oil changes at another Honda dealership because I’d been disappointed with Nalley’s subpar customer service. However, after this past Saturday’s great service there, I plan to resume getting my car serviced at Nalley.
