Honest dealership. Kept me informed throughout the process and did not attempt to add any unnecessary mark ups like other dealers have tried in the past. I will absolutely use them as a car dealer in the future.

Exceptional service

My appointment was at 4 pm. Ms. Fran met me right when I pulled up. She was very polite. This is when I notice her name tag and it listed assistant manager. Her customer service was superb! I didn’t stay for my appointment time but she told me to be back at 5:40. I arrived at 5:43 my car was ready around 5:50. Her timing was pretty good, I didn’t have to wait to long. Previously, I had to wait for hours so I no longer wait in person just drop off. I see an improvement with service time. I hope it will continue to improve. Ms. Fran is definitely a role model for delivery on providing wonderful customer service.
