This is our third car we purchased from Nalley Honda Union City. I had the option to go somewhere else but I stuck with this car dealership because they truly take care of their buyers as if you are a family member.

Appointment handled promptly. I waited and everything was complete very timely. Staff was friendly and pro.

Everything was good

Overall service was good. My only complaint is that let the customer know what may need to done once the mechanics finds out. I waited an additional hour just to get my battery changed after they brought the car back up front. What I'm trying to say is that customers time is valuable, so try and be mindful of that.
