The service I received was great overall! The advisors were very knowledgeable and friendly, plus the wait time wasn’t too long. The only thing that needs improvement is the complimentary carwash. My windows and hood were left with visible dirt marks on them and there were heavy streak marks on my windows as well. Please improve this amenity.
