Nalley Honda provides excellent service. I made my appointment online with ease. My service advisor was there and available when I arrived. He explained everything I wanted to have done to my car along with the price and the amount of time it would take. Since this was my only vehicle I was prepared to wait. He told me they partnered with Lyft and they would pay for my ride to and from the dealership if I wanted to leave the car. I took the offer and returned home. When they called me to let me know my car was ready it was within the amount time he stated and they arranged for my Lyft back. I went in and paid for services and was in my way. I didn’t have to spend four to five hours sitting in a dealership. I was able to go home and accomplish things around the house. The best service ever!
