Service was done with no long waite time, priced very affordable, service representatives was very clear.

I called for oil change & maintenance & asked for Marty. He was booked up so I was scheduled with Misty. When I arrived Misty was busy so Marty was available and signed me in & got the work done.

My service advisor was excellent. I was a former customer at this location. I decided to try this location one last time. My advisor made me feel very comfortable, comfortable enough to leave my vehicle with him, which is not something I usually do. He took the time to find my vehicle's history. My history was inaccurate( had someone else's vehicle listed), therefore my advisor suggested I allow them to do a thorough check on my vehicle to find out exactly what needed to be done. He came back with a list, but suggested having the most important things done first. after I told him I was unable to pay for all of the items at that time. He didn't try to strong-arm me or pressure me in any way. I felt like he was being honest with me. Most females are afraid to go alone to have their vehicles service, due to service advisors trying to sell them services they don't need and can not afford to have done at the time. He even took the time to explain to me why it was important to have items done asap and told me how much time it would take to be completed. He communicated with me and that is rare these days. I promised him I will definitely be returning to have the remaining items completed and I WILL. After being gone for a year from Nalley Honda, which is closer to me, I'm back! I'm a Honda girl! Thank you Nalley Honda!
