Despite the fact that I had to have a very expensive (and unexpected ) repair done, it was a very pleasant experience. My service advisor (Robert Tutt) is very knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service. He kept in touch and was great at explaining the details of the issues and what needed to be done. He made sure I had what I needed including a ride to and from the dealership and information about the company offering financial assistance toward the cost of the repair. I really appreciate receiving this type of service!
