Professional and personal! Karim greeted me and checked me in for my 10:30am appointment. I waited for the service and was informed that my battery needed to be rep l aced. It lasted over 6 years and I am definitely proactive regarding car maintenance. A few dollars spent today is much better than hundreds or thousands spent later. In my case I had an aftermarket car program. It covered $100 of the cost. Karim called the company to setup that payment. I was only out of pocket the expected oil change and a few extra dollars for the battery. I always feel that I am always given the diagnosis of my car and its needs.
