Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Over all had a great experience and very happy with our vehicle.

Normally my experience would be a little annoying because Mr. Tubbs is so pushy with getting more done on your car that day. This time is wasn’t as bad. I just did not appreciate the customer service I had this time because he clearly had more important things to do. I saw the maintenance man drive my car towards the front and once he got out; I simply followed him to the guy I was assigned to. The maintenance guy said in a joking manner “she ready to go” which was funny to me. So he continued to look at whatever he was looking at. When he noticed I was there he asked how could he help me and I told him; he just handed you the paperwork. Also I do not like how I was hound down for a survey.
