I scheduled an oil change appointment on 7/15/2022 at 11:45an with Muhammad. I was greeted by Kareem and Morty. Muhammad stated that it would take an hour and a half for service. At 1:12pm I asked Muhammad was my car ready. Muhammad could not find my ticket as I stood behind him. After searching I noticed that Muhammad had not put my ticket in the system. Kevis asked was I okay in the process (this is where the five stars come in at). I stated I’ll talk to you when you finish with the current customer he was dealing with. Kevis heard my concerns and did not hesitate to address the issue that I had. Service was excellent

Lee was very helpful. I was on my way out of town and had to get the car tuned up. Honda Fit me in, and I was able to leave for my trip out of town, with peace of mind that my car was serviced and safe to hit the road.

Fast and friendly service

I was there just for the oil change, but they made sure to give me the full status update on everything on my car to make sure that I could keep my car's maintenance on track to prolong my car and the time estimate to completion was on point. Tutt does an excellent job every time I stop by.
