Very professional yet friendly All my household is boxed up for renovation so I could not find my Warranty Information. They did , found out what was covered etc. Gave me a break on Rental Car. A true GENTLEMAN. Thank you so much I wish I had bought my Pilot there and would recommend them to everyone.
