Service Manager Kevis provided the best service I have received in over 10 years here. I always receive great service, but he exceeded, without effort.

Kevis and the team went above and beyond. My family were on our way home to Pensacola, FL from a two-week trip (TN and NYC) when our engine light started blinking. This was at around 4pm on a Friday. We were 10-minutes away from the dealership and we were worried we won’t make it because the engine started misfiring. The team welcomed us with a smile. Kevis was realistic with our situation but ensured they will do their best to get my family home that evening. After a reasonable wait, our van was up and running. Kevis explained what was done and sent us on our way. We’re blessed to have this happened close to Nally. If it were another service center, they could easily said we had to find a hotel or rent a car to get our van fixed the following day. Our three kids, wife, and I are extremely grateful!

My service advisor is always helpful, listen and always has a good spirit when talking to you. Since he’s been my advisor he’s been great. If you want a caring individual and not someone who is pushy Mr. Lee Goins is your man. He is a genuine individual and when I’m in he tries to get me in and out within a reasonable time.
