Great time good service

The attendant whom I requested to see after the car was off for that day, but the attendant who replaced him did well. I prefer one of the service managers who knows me and the history of my car to see after the maintenance of my vehicle.

I was there for 2 days, the first day my work could not be completed. The first day Key displayed excellent customer service. She was very patient with me and let me know when I came in the morning she would not be there yet and exactly what to expect. She clearly explained the charges. The next day Tutt picked up where we left off. There was a line of cars at 6:45am but the team on staff got us in and directed us to our representative very quickly, it was smooth. Tutt explained everything and gave excellent customer service and when he noticed my battery was under warranty and the cranking amps were low, he immediately sent it back to be replaced. I also spoke with a Parts team member, he was excellent and diagnosed my key problem right away! I want to thank everyone on staff for a truly pleasant experience!! Even the young lady that was cleaning the room when we came in the morning was extremely friendly and pleasant!!!

Mr. Tutt is the gold standard. That’s the feedback. Also props to the techs too.

My key was programmed with no issues

I have been a customer at Nalley Honda for several years, and have been very pleased with your service. This service was to replace a radiator that had been installed at Nalley Honda August 21, 2021. The radiator failed after only 10 months and I returned the car to the Shop. I was told that the replacement radiator would be at no cost, but that I would have to pay the labor. I was in a bind for the car, so I didn't argue the point and did pay for the labor, essentially paying 2 x the labor for a single repair. What I would like to have seen was for Nalley to submit the labor costs to the manufacturer of the failed radiator and that the manufacturer reimburse Nalley for the labor costs, and I not be charged for this.
