My experience at Nalley Honda in Union City was nothing short of amazing. I had been looking for a car for sometime and almost got discouraged that i couldnt find the one i wanted. I walked into Nalley Honda and was treated like family. My entire process was smooth and easy. I felt like I was in and out in no time. My sales man was A’ Darrious* . I applied for a loan over the phone and was told I was approved based on what I was putting down. I was told to come in and it would take an hour at the most. When I got there, I was literally there all day. My loan paperwork was not finished and they were still going back and forth with the bank and then had me put more down. After looking over the car again, it was really dusty and they told me that it would be detailed. I am still cleaning dust, dirt and dog hair out of it. They called me the morning after, back to back to back, still needing stuff for the bank. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but could be better.
