My experience was great, my rep explained everything where it was clear to me. I have no complaints.

I had my car towed to the dealership. I appreciate that the service advisor kept me informed about the status of my Passport.

Customer Service was excellent from the agents that greet you in the service center. Not so great on time of service for a scheduled appointment. When I arrived home from my service, my service light came on. I have to return and fix the problem that should have been corrected during my original appt. Not Good at all.

As usual, Marty did his magic and worked me in as I always seem to wait until the last minute to request service!! Smooth as silk and a very happy client.

Hi! I was in a last minute need for an oil change, filter, etc..., and didn't make it right at my appointment time due to family matters and traffic, of course. But as always, I felt reassured when I arrived and my former service advisor (Marty) and current service advisor (Karim) didn't hesitate to take my vehicle in! Such a relief for this mamma 🙂 Keep up the great job and attitude!
