We had a unfortunate experience the Thursday before our Pilot was serviced Saturday. We had drive 30 mins ( 1 hour round trip ) on Thursday for the service work that was scheduled days before, to have the service clerk to say they couldn’t work on the car because they were backed up with 4 others still waiting. We understand things like, projects or manpower factors can happen. But also feel like a courtesy call should have been placed seeing it was obvious we couldn’t been served that day. But on Saturday Mr.Lee took us in with open arms when I returned and explained the situation. Mr.Lee was quick, responsive and kept the tabs of communication open while our new 2021 pilot was well taken care of. In summary Mr.Lee took a bad Thursday experience and converted it into a great experience. I will be requesting Mr.Lee on all our future service needs.

Zahir and Roger were extremely helpful! They showed genuine interest in my concerns and answered all of my questions. They were pleasant the entire time and I left feeling like my car was in good hands.
