Service always good ,

Some how my upholstery gets grease marks on the door or the seat. I have brought car back once and had it cleaned twice before leaving the dealership. This last time I cleaned the seats myself. Other than that repairs are good.

I tried to schedule my service using the online request form, but never found a section to provide the service writer’s name. Followed up with a call and was able to speak with my service writer. My original time had to be rescheduled later, since that was his earliest. Once arriving I was offered transportation home and back which was excellent. The only challenge was that the original request for service did not delete or update once the service writer I requested scheduled my new appointment, so I continue to receive emails stating I missed my appointment, which is incorrect. That is a minor hiccup, because everything else was great

They welcomed me it made me feel comfortable they let me know where my car was finished and ready and they watched it right afterwards thank you

Always the best experience. I am so pleased with Robert. He’s super knowledgeable and patient and super customer friendly and my go to person.

The check up the vehicle included an alignment needed & I had recently purchased a set of 4 tires from a different location which included the alignment. I asked why that was included in my analysis, the response given as because we didn’t have it in our records so that is why it was offered. Not because I needed it to have it done….. smh

Every time I have been in for regular service, everyone has been efficient and friendly. Very plainly telling me what service is being done on that day and explaining what in the next future service would be done. I appreciate that.
