I was informed of all service needed and not pressured into having it done that day.

Accommodate my needs. I had an emergency right before closing time and Tutt took the time to help me over the phone. I ended up leaving my car at the service department in order for work to be done the next day. The next day I received several phone calls and updates along the way. I appreciated this. When I picked my car up Tutt patiently responded to all my concerns, in detail. Thanks for the excellent customer care and ensuring that my repairs went well.

Didn’t refill my windshield washer fluid—but marked fluid as full.

Marty, in the Service department was absolutely amazing! He was professional and communicated during every step of the process, including if there was additional repairs and/or services needed. Overall, the technicians repaired what I came in for and addressed one other important issue that I was unaware of. I will be returning!

I was able to make an appointment for the next day and the wait time was shorter than expected.
