Very good experience. I was greeted when I first came in and asked about my visit. The gentleman who was covering for Mr. Lee while he was in the back was very cordial and helpful. Mr. Lee was also cordial, friendly and professional. He cared about my needs and my time. This and my last visit in August were two of the best customer service experiences I've had at the dealership so far.
