I’ve been using Nalley Honda for over 30 plus years to have my cars serviced. I have been pleased with the service that I have received. But the prices that you guys are charging for some things I feel it is highway robbery. $400 just to change out 2 hood struts is a ridiculous price for when the struts only cost $32 in parts. I understand you’re in business to make money but that price is ridiculous for only 15 minutes of labor. I Had my catalytic converter replaced in September 2021 and now you guys are telling me I need a new one that will cost me $3K. WTH….. You guys do a good job but what is a long time consumer to do when you are given the quotes for repairs at those prices.

Tutt did a great job in explaining to me the services usually required for my vehicle given the amount of mileage and Honda recommendations. He then indicated which services I already had, the ones I could delay into the future and only prescribed the ones I actually needed based on my past service record. I also appreciate the fact that Nalley Honda is arranging for Lyft driver service for customers who cannot wait onsite for their vehicle to be serviced. I've had issues with Nalley Honda service department in the past, but, I can honestly say my last few experiences have been really good and I can see that they are making steps to improve their customer service and experience.

I was looking to buy a 2022 Honda CRV. Due to the inventory on lots around Columbus, GA I was not able to find what I was looking for. I reached out to different Honda dealerships outside of Columbus, GA and Nalley Honda was the one that gave me the best price, an estimated arrival time of the vehicle, and kept me updated. The customer service was great and I felt comfortable with them handling this big purchase for me.
