The sale process went well, but we had some issues afterward. My wife and I left with the car that day. We all thought the loan was finalized, but two weeks later, the bank still wasn't showing it. I inquired and found out that the last bit of needed paperwork didn't make it to the bank. We had been driving the car for 2 weeks and it wasn't ours! The finance department blamed system issues on Honda's system getting hacked, but I find it amazing that 2 weeks went by and they hadn't noticed until I called them. Then, the paperwork for our tag wasn't sent to the tag office until I asked about that because our temporary tag was near expiration.The car itself is great, delivering about 46 mpg consistently, but it does have a problem recognizing when a different driver is getting in and changing the seat position on its own like it's supposed to. Sometimes it makes it difficult to change the seat position at all.

I was treated with the up most respect, Mr. Robert was my angel in the storm. I found my self at the wrong dealership, were my would not start. Mr Rebert explained what happening to my car, he showed me the respect of stock holder instead of loss 74 year old woman who didn't know what to do. The other staff was just as respectful checking me, making sure I didn't feel neglected. Im recommending this dealership to any and everyone I know or ask if I know some were to get tge car repaired. I'm for ever grateful for for all of you. Thank you is not enough for what you guys have shown me. You will for ever be in my prayers. God bless all of you.
