Exceptional

Everything was great.

I arrived a little before my appointed time but the bay took the car right in. I still waited a little over 2 hrs but for a Sat. Not too bad.

Despite not having an appointment, everything was done quickly!

All good and efficient!

Our car service was handled well and completely.

I arrived on time for my oil change appointment was greeted soon after. The sales person was kind and informed me what the service codes meant immediately. He informed me the cost and provided discount suggestions. After my service I was informed of further service needed sooner than later.

My experience was excellent. Everything needed was probably cedvup front so no surprises. Even though I requested brakes be served ced on all four wheels, I was told after checking that only the front brakes were needed. The person who handled my service was proactive in getting me discounts on my total cost. My vehicle was washed clean after service was completed. Very good experience.
