Mr. Lee was very informative about my car and he thanked me for allowing him and Nalley to service my car.

My experience was awesome and it always is. I am told what needs to be done and then shown the reason why. If am told the amount of time it takes and if it’s more than what I expect I am told that too. I appreciate the shared knowledge and helpfulness. Robert is always pleasant and very professional. Incidentally I clicked on green excellent star on the end and it didn’t highlight so I tapped the star on the far left and it shaded orange which represents poor. Make no mistake Robert Tutt is on point and my go to guy. Thanks for the experience.
