I have been coming here since approximately 2016. The excellent customer service, provided by service advisor Robert Tutt is rare in our current climate. He is knowledgeable, courteous and provides accurate professional service. He explains the services in layman terms recommended by Honda technicians without being condicending. Thank you. M. My service provider, Key WAS THE BEAST!! She answered all my concerns and and trooper of what customer service should be.

I had a great experience at Honda. Got a lot of Is maintenance taken care of with the car. I really love the new service of Ubering the customer home and picking them backup later so they're not waiting hours for the car. I had Robert Tutt as my adviser. He was great.

My appointment was late after and I had several things that needed to get done. Mr Tutt explained Everything even though it was well passed closing. I appreciated his taking the time to do that after what was probably a long day
