Waiting time was 3 hours.

Everything was great. They scheduled quickly and completed the service in a timely manner.

Wait was that long, this has been one of my better visits. There were two things that didn’t sit right. Someone called and the phone call made me feel uncomfortable. Then my name was spelled my name wrong in a follow-up text message.
