Steven Miller is a personable salesman and took the initiative to help find a car that met our requirements. Joe Cha was very responsive in providing detailed quotes on the two vehicles we specified. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The paperwork process was lengthy, but the rest of the purchase experience was very good.
