Eric was great! He provided great customer service to me. My battery died so I had to get a jump to Honda. When I got there, the service department was backed up. I had to make it to a dinner party within the hour of when I arrived. I explained my situation to Eric and he checked my battery and replaced it ASAP so that I could make it! If you want great service with a smile, ask for Eric!
