The diagnosis was accurate for the problem with my Civic. I believe it is important to have a car serviced by those that are trained specifically. You do pay more but you do get what you pay for. Quality service for the money.

Nalley Honda was great! While driving, my car started to malfunction (i.e. hesitation and it wouldn’t start). After getting the car jumped I drove it directly to Nalley Honda. I called while on the way to the dealership since I didn’t have an appointment. They took me right away upon arrival! They diagnosed the issue in less than sn hour and Karim made sure I received a rental car since my car was not drivable. Service was great and I’m so appreciative the Nalley Honda Team was able to assist me!
