My experience with Naples Honda was quite exceptional.I was treated with courtesy and I would recommend other people to take their car to the Honda Dealer.

I came in for an airbag recall. They made making the appointment easy. Despite being understaffed from Covid, they got to me fairly quickly, told me an estimated completion time, and called me when it was ready. Respectful, timely, professional, and did the job right.

Work was performed excellent and exactly what I asked for .

I appreciate Karim Easley, service advisor, and the mechanic that worked on my 1997 Honda Accord on this past Monday 11/01/2021. I have been a customer for the past 33 years. The staff that I have dealt with have always been courteous and helpful when I have had mechanical services done on my cars. I had some electrical problems this last time. They did not "jack me up" for false repairs. I only needed a battery.
