Overall the service was good. Justin Johnson my service coordinator was most helpful. He took his time explaining everything. The text message option to review recommend service is a 10 out of 10. I really appreciate your team implementing that feature. Question/Feedback, when you book a service appointment online possible add an option to select your service rep. It would help with the arrival experience upon dropping off the vehicle for service. Thank You
