I went Nalley Honda for maintenance on my Pilot. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I was there was nearly 4 hours. I was told it would take 2-2.5. I understand most businesses are short staff right now, but I should have been given the right time frame when I dropped off. Waiting 4 hours is inexcusable. The staff is always very nice and the waiting area is always clean and provides free drinks and WiFi. I just finished their service was faster.
