Life happens constantly...this day I discovered an air bubble on the sidewall of my tire. Through research I found out that it could not be repaired.I headed straight to Honda and spoke with Lee(service advisor). I purchased these 4 tires from Honda about 3 years ago. I only had about 25,000 miles on them. After talking with Lee I decided to replace the tire and get an alignment as well.About 90 minutes later I was back on the road. Lee did a great job keeping me informed of what is needed to keep my vehicle up to spec and safety standards.Your knowledge, professionalism and courtesy is always appreciated.Chas
