Nalley Honda in Union City has provided me with exceptional service for more than 20 years now. I feel in such good hands that I encouraged a cousin and my niece to purchase Hondas which they did. Since my niece is near by, she is now a proud client of using Nalley Honda in Union City Service Department to obtain routine maintenance on her car. Most outstanding in their service are Tutt and Marty; however, I have found all the service people at this location to be very helpful.

Life happens constantly...this day I discovered an air bubble on the sidewall of my tire. Through research I found out that it could not be repaired.I headed straight to Honda and spoke with Lee(service advisor). I purchased these 4 tires from Honda about 3 years ago. I only had about 25,000 miles on them. After talking with Lee I decided to replace the tire and get an alignment as well.About 90 minutes later I was back on the road. Lee did a great job keeping me informed of what is needed to keep my vehicle up to spec and safety standards.Your knowledge, professionalism and courtesy is always appreciated.Chas
