My experience was awesome. Especially during this car chip shortage that’s effecting every dealership in the US. There’s been times I’ve been anxious about the process and waiting on the vehicle to arrive at the dealership. But Governor Brown and Kwame reassured me through the process and communicated with me along the way. They have made this process of purchasing a vehicle very smooth and assuring. I would also say they have the best competitive prices for Honda vehicles in the state of GA. I had to travel an hour to get to their location based off of where I live and it was WORTH IT. Saved myself 3-4K out the door.

My experience at Nalley Honda was excellent, as usual. This time however, Lee went above and beyond. Despite no rental cars are no longer available Lee found an alternative. He contacted Lyft, the service got me home in time to login to my job which is now remote while the team completed the work on my wife's car. This is one of the many reasons I trust Nalley with me and my wife's cars.

My service with Mo is always excellent! He genuinely cares for his clients and always does the right thing! He noticed I had my 83 years old grandmother who was in a wheelchair and gave me a loaner/rental once he realized my car and my aunts car wasn’t going to be ready that day. Always Grateful for his kindness.

My service associate was Lee. He was very pleasant and courteous during my visit on 8/6. He kept me informed from start to finish. He informed me of the services I needed and helped me to decide which ones were the most important needed since I would not be able to complete them all. He also was able to provide a discount off my service as well. I appreciate all his help and making my service experience great 👍
