My experience was outstanding! Mr. G. Lee was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I value customer service and I was provided excellent customer service from the time I pulled into the service shop until the time the service was completed. Mr. Lee kept in contact with me throughout the process. I knew what additional work was recommended. I had the option to accept or decline it electronically. I was notified when my vehicle was ready as well. I had a great experience and definitely will continue having my car serviced with Nalley as long as Mr. Lee is my service tech.
