Everything was perfect

I had bought a maintaince program thru Nalley, the person that checked me in said that I did not have any coupons left for the program, I was upsetas that the car has only had 2 services. they left a message with the person that was assigned to me. He did check it out and said that yes I still had coupons according to the computer. I hope that I do not have to go thru this everytime I have service.
