My experience was excellent. I was told it would take an hour to get my car serviced but it only took 45 minutes. Karin was very helpful.

During my recent visit to Nalley Honda to have an alignment done on my Ridgeline, I had another opportunity to experience the great customer service that Nalley Honda provides. Goins Lee came to me and took me to my truck to show me a problem the technician found on my vehicle. Some nuts and bolts were rusted and couldn’t be loosened, hindering the alignment process. Even so, the technician was able to get all of the numbers in the green, indicating a true alignment. I appreciate her effort and thank her for letting me know what to expect when it comes to my vehicle. Thanks for keeping me informed and thanks for the great service as always. Robert Pruitt

The experience and service were great! However I have been to this location 3 times with an appointment and still wait for 2-3 hours for oil changes and tire rotations. The company as a whole needs to do better with their scheduler.
