Most rewarding visit to your service department. Service advisor was prompt to greet me upon arrival, with full attention to my needs. Explained what service code required and asked if there was any thing else that needed to be checked. Stated estimated time required to complete service and approximate cost. While waiting he gave status report and offered refreshments. Upon completion of work check out was fast and I was HAPPY with my visit to the service department.

I appreciate you getting my car repair on schedule. You may want to consider a common record keeping system so that if I have to go to a different dealer they can see my service record.
