Went for an oil change and the service guy found a few other stuff like my tires wanted, aligning, and my fuel was low.

I love the fact that the service department lets you know what needs to be done to your car and when also they are easy to get an appointment with and do EXCELLENT work ,s/o to Mr. Robert Tuft.💜

Karim was excellent. He listened to my concerns about my vehicle, asked pointed questions to get to the core of problem, and kept me updated during the process. I will say that having Karim as my service representative might be the only reason that I will continue to come back to Nalley Honda Union City, because I have been disappointed with the service on other occasions when I have had issues with my car. Recently I called to speak to a service manager there. Both times I called, there never was a service manager available to speak with. When I left messages, no one ever returned my called. Nalley is lucky to have Karim, because although he is excellent, the overall service, especially with the managers is not great.

As usual, a smooth and great experience

Everyone is always friendly I bring my car in for service I never have any problems after the repair has been completed.
