Great service from advisor Errick W or “E-Dubb” for short! Errick was able to get my vehicle diagnosed, extended warranty called, and repairs. He even exceeded his expectations of promise times. The technician Dee Fuller, also went the extra mile to make sure I was informed of a my flywheel for my clutch needed replacing and it would be advantageous for me to replace it while the transmission was down. This saved me TONS on labor that would’ve shown up down the road. Thanks Nalley Honda for always ensuring my vehicle is in top notch condition with performance and safety. When picking up my vehicle, Norman Martin the service manager, made sure that all my needs were taken care of while Errick was out for vacation. I think it speaks well about a company when your work can get completed with no hiccups even when the service advisor isn’t present. Once again, thanks Nalley Honda for servicing my vehicle.
