My experience was excellent!

Everything was okay … honestly I’m so confused about the new cars now . When I say that it’s because on my 2020 Honda I have to have the window panel replace . And what’s even more worse to me is how the customer service reps try their hardest to get you to spend extra money. Like they really push and some don’t even respect the fact if you’re coming in and running off of 30 minutes of sleep. Honestly right now I’m starting not to like Hondas Service.

My saleslady Ms. Malinda did a fantastic job. She was very friendly came up and introduced herself with a big smile. Answered all my questions about the car warranty, financing , very knowledgeable etc. She is a great asset to the Honda family. Thanks so much.

The person that serviced my vehicle was very nice, explained everything that he would be doing and it didn't take as long as he predicted.

Everything from the time I got there to the time I left was professional. My only thing was the fact that after servicing my car my service light went on the next day
